Web Mail

—  Reading E-mail Using a Web Browser

Follow the steps given below to access your e-mail set using a web browswer such as FireFox, Internet Explorer, Opera, etc. NOTE: these instructions assume your domain name is "mydomain.com" and your e-mail account name is "accountname". Please replace these values with your personal account information.

1) Enter "http://www.mydomain.com/webmail" in your web browser. Note: this is simply your domain
name followed by "/webmail".

2) If a pop-up window states "Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch", that is normal. Simply Click the OK button to continue.

3) Select "Webmail Login"

4) Enter your user information.

             username: accountname@mydomain.com
             password: *****

For example, "johndoe@mydomain.com"

5) You may change your password at this point by clicking "change password"

6) There are 3 choices for your e-mail window look and feel:

     Neo Mail, Horde, and Squirrel Mail. You many choose any of these 3 e-mail clients
     to send and receive mail. Network Vista recommends Squirrel Mail.

7) Click the “logout” icon to log out of your e-mail account when finished.
